My project in orphanage

Last year I was the students’ coordinator in a SNAC project. SNAC is the abbreviation of the National Strategy of Communitarian Action. Our project included five stages and our aim was to work together with 6 young girls from an orphanage.

The first step was that one of choosing the girls. The second stage was the first group meeting, students and orphans involved in the project. The work stage was the manufacturing of Christmas cards and afterwards we raised funds from the selling of these cards. In the last stage we handed out the gifts bought to the orphan girls. When I saw the joy on their face, I felt really good.

I don’t regret that I participated at this event. If there is a similar activity organized by our school, I will participate gladly.
